What does ELEVXN do?
We design websites, voice agents, WhatsApp support and custom systems for businesses and organizations.
How much does it cost?
The diagnosis is free. We don't publish project prices: the cost depends on the scope, and the scope is defined in the diagnosis. Afterwards we tell you what we would build and what it costs.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. Timelines are set after the diagnosis, not before.
How do we start?
Write to us on WhatsApp or at contacto@elevxn.com and we'll book the diagnosis, free of charge. We reply the same business day.
Do you work outside Santo Domingo?
Yes. We work remotely and in person depending on the project, in Spanish and English.
Do you work with government institutions?
Yes, we also design websites and systems for large organizations and public institutions. If the project must meet the Dominican NORTIC standards, we review that in the diagnosis; each institution requests its certification from OGTIC.
Are the websites you build accessible?
We work with WCAG 2.2 AA as the target. We don't say a site complies or is certified without a review. On our own site we publish what it meets and what is missing.
What happens when the agent can't answer?
It hands the conversation to a person on your team. We decide with you when it hands over and what it can do on its own.
Which tools do you work with?
The WhatsApp Business API, n8n or Make, and the CRM you already use: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Airtable or a custom one.
What does the demo on this site keep?
The demo call and chat go through Vapi, which records and transcribes every call; what you type in the chat reaches Vapi too. The memory of your visit stays in your browser and is deleted when you close the tab.
