When you press “Call the agent”, your browser asks for permission to use the microphone. Your voice goes to Vapi, the platform that runs the agent. There it is transcribed, a language model prepares the answer and a synthetic voice speaks it.

Vapi records and transcribes every call and keeps them in ELEVXN's account. Every day we ask it to delete anything older than 7 days, but the deletion is carried out by the provider: until then its own retention policy applies. These providers process the data outside the Dominican Republic.

If you want us to ask for your call to be deleted sooner, write to us and we will.

If you pick a type of business before calling, the website sends it to the agent so it answers as that business.

What you type in the chat is sent to Vapi and its language model to answer you. Don't share passwords, card numbers or other sensitive data.

While you browse, the website remembers in your browser the scenarios you viewed, the evaluation, your chat questions and the call summary. That is cleared when you close the tab.

It also stores in your browser your language, whether you prefer less motion, your evaluation answers and the contact form draft, so you don't lose them if you come back.

None of this reaches our servers. It only leaves your browser if you send the WhatsApp message, and you see it in full before sending it.

We use one anonymous technical cookie to limit demo calls and messages. It doesn't carry your name or your data and it lasts one week.

To prevent abuse, the server also counts, for a limited time, the requests that come from each IP address. That count lives in memory and is not stored.

The website is hosted on Vercel, which processes technical data from each visit, such as the IP address, to serve the pages.

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to know how many visits the website gets, which parts are used and how fast it loads. This measurement doesn't use cookies. It records events such as “a call started”, without your name or the content of what you say.

WhatsApp buttons open the app with a message already written, which you send yourself. From there, the conversation is also governed by WhatsApp's policies.

You can ask us for access to the data from your call or chat, to correct it or to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp with the approximate date and time of your call so we can find it.

If the way we handle data changes, we will update this page and its date.
